This Privacy Policy explains how EX10 GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLP, with its registered office in New Delhi, India (“EX10”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with NgageConsult (the “Service”).

We are the data controller for the personal information described here. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1 Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, work email, organisation name, password (stored hashed), and role when you register or are invited to a workspace.
  • Billing information — your plan, billing contact and transaction history. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Customer Content — the queries, prompts, files, configuration and other data you submit to the Service to obtain IFS-related answers, and the conversation history generated as a result.
  • Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support, sales, or feedback.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — actions taken in the Service, features used, query volumes, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
  • Device & connection data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, and similar technical information.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — as described in Section 5.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and you should not submit such data as Customer Content unless you are authorised to do so and have a lawful basis.
